- Order processing: approximately 1–5 days, depending on inventory availability and current order volume.
- Estimated delivery: approximately 5–20 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.
- Orders under $50: $6 shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more: free shipping.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law, customers purchasing at a distance may have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within the legally prescribed period.
For consumers covered by European Union distance-selling rules, this period is generally 14 calendar days, subject to applicable exclusions and conditions.
This statutory right exists independently from any additional commercial return guarantee offered by Astral Cove.
8. 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
In addition to any statutory rights available to you, Astral Cove offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases.
If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible order, contact us within 90 days of delivery and our customer care team will assist you with the applicable return or refund process.
This commercial guarantee does not limit or replace any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
9. Returns & Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, subject to processing times of the relevant bank or payment provider.
